Help Desk

The Student Help Desk helps students connect to the Internet and can resolve minor computer problems.

The Help Desk is located in Benziger Hall, lower level, to the right of the game room, beyond the restrooms, near the loading dock area.

Please make an appointment to:

WE can help you with:

Internet connectivity
Virus removal
Data/phone ports
Email accounts
Webpage pop-ups
Assistance with software updates
Uninstalling older versions of antivirus software
Installation of new antivirus software

we do not handle:

Building computers or laptops from scratch
Supporting file sharing software like Kazaa, Limewire, etc.
Reloading operating systems
Installing or troubleshooting problems with games, pictures or music
Replacing or diagnosing computer hardware
