Submit a CTV Problem Form On-line (This form will send a e-mail to the campus liason who will contact Campus Televideo to address the issues.  The cable provider will contact  you and come to  resolve the issue as the situation warrants. The Campus Televideo service company is located close by in Stamford Connecticut.
