Change of Address Requests
Any requests for a change of address must be submitted in writing. Forms are available at the Registrar’s Office or click on Change of Address Form.
Changes of address should be for changes in your permanent residence ONLY.
Completed forms can be faxed, (914) 323-5211, or mailed to Manhattanville College Registrar’s Office, 2900 Purchase St., Purchase, NY 10577.
