Video Broadcasting
The Library offers video broadcasting as a valuable component of teaching. By utilizing either the library’s extensive film holdings or titles from their own collection, instructors can tailor a broadcast schedule to meet the needs of their courses.
Films can be scheduled during the semester on:
- Monday-Thursday: 9:00am -12:00am
- Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Saturday: 11:00am - 4:00pm
- Sunday: 11:00am - 12:00am
During intersessions and summer sessions, the service is available Monday-Friday, 10:00am - 3:00pm or by special arrangement.
The library requires 48 hours advance notice to schedule a broadcast. Channels 61 and 62 are available for use, with cable access in all dorm rooms as well as the commuter lounge, for viewing by non-resident students.

To schedule a broadcast, faculty should submit an online Video Broadcast Request. If the copy of the film is not owned by the library; please read the section on copyright restrictions before submitting the request.
