Manuscripts
Young (1889-1968) was a Westchester resident and composer of many popular songs who also worked as musical director for the Thomas Edison Laboratory. His papers include correspondence, photographs, original music scores, and sheet music.
Over the course of a lifetime, Jennings (1882-1958) amassed a collection of photographs of the Manhattanville neighborhood of New York City's Upper West Side. His collection includes many images of streets and buildings from the late nineteenth century and an unpublished history of the area.
An extensive collection of personal correspondence between Stephens, Vice President of the Confederacy, and his brother Judge Linton Stephens, covering the years from 1834 to 1872.
