Educational Leadership Network Forum
In order to create a sustaining network and means of support for our Educational Leadership Candidates and Alums, the Educational Leadership Network Forum originated two years ago. The Forum currently hosts two to three well-attended, highly anticipated events annually, that always includes time to socialize and eat, followed by an organized program that focuses on career support.
A recent Educational Leadership Network Forum was held on October 22, 2007.
At the last forum we convened roundtable discussions with several area assistant principals who talked about their experiences and challenges.
The Ed Leadership Network is an extension of a larger learning organization which is at the core of the program’s philosophy. In order to best serve the current and past students in the program, the Chair of the Educational Leadership Program, Kathy Rockwood, works closely with Manhattanville’s Career Services Department, Admissions, and the Alumni Office. A Book Club has evolved out of this Network and is facilitated by Kathy Rosoff (May'04 graduate).
