Undergraduate
B.A Education Program
Students declare a Liberal Arts major and a second major in Education. Education students pursuing a BFA choose Art Education as a minor, they do not need a second major. Education students pursuing a BMus do not require a second major or minor.
Bachelors/Masters Dual-Degree Honors Program
This is an honors degree program for students who have and maintain a GPA of 3.4. or higher. Undergraduates may take up to 15 credits toward a MAT or MPS program with these credits counting toward both degrees. Save time and money while earning a BA/MAT or BA/MPS.
Senior Start Program
Students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher can take up to 9 graduate education credits during their senior year that apply to both the undergraduate and graduate degrees.
Graduate
Masters of Arts in Teaching or Masters of Professional Studies
Completion of a Masters program can lead to both a Masters degree and state teaching certification.

This program is primarily designed for career changers, but may be appropriate in other circumstances.
Manhattanville College’s renowned School of Education is offering classes designed with the stay-at-home parent in mind. Our Day Start Program lets you take classes at times that are most convenient for you – during the school day. Classes lead to a Masters of Arts in Teaching (MAT), New York State Certification in Childhood Education (Grades 1-6), are NCATE accredited, and meet all Association of Childhood Education International (ACEI) standards.
Individual Evaluation Certification Programs
These programs are available for in-service teachers who are already certified, hold a Masters degree and who wish to become certified in another area OR for individuals who are teaching and are not yet certified.
Students may now take courses to complete the Board Certified Behavior Analyst Examination. Classes may be taken for graduate credit or continuing education credit.
Master’s in Education Degree in Educational Studies
A unique program designed for those who work with children, but are not interested in seeking certification as classroom teachers or public school administrators.
