This workshop will focus on structures and strategies to implement schedules designed to improve student achievement. School districts will benefit most by sending teams to participate in this experience with three major focal points: scheduling,small learning communities and teaching in variable-length time periods. In this session, participants will begin to plan a comprehensive staff development program to make creative schedules work in middle and high schools.
